My flight is delayed and I miss my connecting flight to my cruise, what can I claim for?
If you have a Comprehensive, Snow Sports Plus, Domestic Plus or Frequent Traveller Saver policy, you may be able to claim for:â¯â¯
Special event transport expenses to get you to the cruise on time.â¯
Travel delay expenses up to $200 for each traveller (excluding dependants) if the delay is for at least 6 hours from the time the carrier was scheduled to depart.â¯
Trip disruption expenses for any additional travel, accommodation and meal expenses you incur to get to your cruise and is covered under the policy;â¯
If you have a Standard Saver policy, you may be able to claim for:â¯
